Who can use the Services
The Services are intended for adults aged 18 or over. By booking, you confirm you are at least 18 and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
Nature of the Services
Our Services are sessions and programs in Tantric Evolutionary Astrology and related contemplative practices, offered for personal exploration, self-reflection, and inner development. They are not a medical, psychological, psychiatric, financial, or legal service. Please read our Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms.
Bookings and payment
Sessions are booked through the Site and held online via Zoom or Google Meet.
Prices are shown at the point of booking. [State currency and whether VAT is included/excluded.]
Payment is processed securely by Stripe at the time of booking. Your booking is confirmed once payment is received.
You are responsible for providing accurate booking details, including your birth information where required, and for attending at the scheduled time in your confirmed time zone.
Rescheduling, cancellations, and refunds
Rescheduling, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Your responsibilities
You agree to engage with the Services respectfully and in good faith, to provide accurate information, and to take responsibility for your own choices and wellbeing. You will not record sessions without prior written consent.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site and within the Services — including text, the TEA Method and its framework, images, audio, music ("Symphony of the Spheres"), and any written or recorded materials — is our intellectual property or used under licence, and is protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, or publicly share this content without our prior written permission. Any session recordings or materials provided to you are for your personal use only.
Testimonials and confidentiality
What you share in a session is treated as confidential. We will not use your name or story publicly without your explicit consent.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or Services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights. You remain solely responsible for decisions and actions you take following a session.
Availability and changes
We may update the Site, the Services, and these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, with the revised date shown above. We may occasionally need to reschedule a session due to illness or unforeseen circumstances; in that case you will be offered a new time or a refund.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be subject to the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
