Returns & Refunds policy
You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.
T1. Rescheduling
If you need to move your session, please give us at least [48 hours] notice before the scheduled time. You may reschedule [once] free of charge, subject to availability. Requests made with less than [48 hours] notice [may not be accommodated / may incur a fee].
Cancellations and refunds — single sessions
Cancellations made at least [48 hours] before the session: full refund, or the option to reschedule.
Cancellations made less than [48 hours] before the session: non-refundable, as the time has been reserved for you.
No-shows (missing a session without notice): non-refundable.
EU/UK consumers — right of withdrawal
Although Infinite Light LLC is a US company, consumers located in the EU or UK may still benefit from a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from a service contract. Because our sessions are scheduled for a specific date and time, by booking and requesting a session within that period you [acknowledge that, once the session has been delivered, the right of withdrawal is lost / agree that the service begins on the booked date]. Where the session has not yet taken place, you may still cancel under Section 2 above.
Programs, group cycles, and multi-session containers
Extended programs (group journeys, coaching containers, and the Initiatory Program) may have their own specific terms, provided to you before enrolment. Unless stated otherwise:
Cancellations before 7 days of the start date: [Refund with an administration fee of 20$].
Cancellations between day 7 and the day before the start of the program: [50% refund with an administration fee of 20$]
Once a program has begun: [non-refundable].
If we cancel
If we need to cancel or reschedule a session for reasons on our side (for example, illness or technical failure), you will be offered a new time or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
How to request a refund or reschedule
Contact us at [info@marcotantricastrology.com] with your booking details. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe within [10] business days.
